Act2 Financial is a digital analytics platform that improves retirement for those 65+. Act2 was founded by experienced financial services executives and is currently pre-seed.

We are looking for a technical team member who can contribute part-time as a side project or while finishing a degree, with potential to move full-time.

Role focus

• Design systems and APIs that power Act2 Financial
• Implement connectivity with external financial systems and providers
• Help guide backend, data, network, security, and cloud architecture
• Contribute to platform and rules-engine development decisions

Preferred background

• Strong coding skills in one or more languages: JavaScript, Node.js, Perl, or Python
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers: AWS or GCP
• Database architecture knowledge; rules engine experience is a major plus
